Event Gold Campaign, CVPR


V7 is attending CVPR, the largest Computer Vision conference in the world, with 9K influencing attendees, hosted at the Vancouver Convention Center, from 18th of June until 23rd. The competitors’ presence this year is gigantic compared to the past, Tesla, Apple and Meta as booth neighbours, and V7 needs to find conventional and unconventional ways to attract talent and clients.



Acting as a multi-hat Art Director, DesignOps Lead, Design Manager, Motion Graphic Designer, and Event Designer, I embraced the multifaceted challenge of bringing CVPR artworks and collaterals to life, from inception to realisation. I navigated the creative process, facilitating seamless workflows and quickly digesting feedback, aiming to achieve excellence. I was the vital point of contact between multiple factories and V7, ensuring smooth collaboration and synchronisation.



As a versatile professional, I spearheaded booth design brainstorming sessions, incorporating sales feedback and aligning concepts with the brand refresh. Presenting to the Operations Team, VP of Marketing, and CEO, I gathered valuable feedback. I played a vital role in briefing collaterals, managing cross-team communications, and delegating tasks based on designers' capabilities. With regular updates, I maintained quality through feedback sessions. Coordinating with printers globally, I ensured smooth production stages and consistent communication. This holistic approach fostered creativity, collaboration, and excellence, laying the foundation for success.
